Combining a professional background in advertising, marketing and sales with her passion for socializing, Jodi Finn approaches each transaction with a wealth of experience and vested interest in helping clients find their dream home.
A native of Minneapolis, Jodi earned a bachelors degree in math from the University of Kansas before moving to the Dallas area, where she worked for a Real Estate Investment Company. While she enjoyed the Texas lifestyle, Jodi was ready to get back to her Midwestern roots and chose Chicago as her new homeand real estate as her new careerin 2016.
Jodis strong relationship-building skills, along with her advertising, marketing, contract negotiation and sales expertise, are all assets she uses to efficiently assess her clients needs and wants. Whether working with first-time buyers or those who have gone through the process several times before, Jodis approach is the same: she starts by getting to know her clients and educates them about each step of the buying/selling process while guiding them to the homes that best align with their wish lists and desired budgets. In working with sellers, Jodi helps clients identify the optimal price for listings, utilizing a variety of creative marketing techniques to maximize buyer interest and reduce market time.
Jodis social pursuits include tennis, sampling Chicagos diverse cuisines, cooking, traveling and volunteering within the community. She lives in Chicagos West Loop neighborhood.
