A lifelong Chicago-area resident, Karen Randich Stone uses her well-honed eye for design to help clients find the homes of their dreams. For the past 27 years, Karen has operated and owned flower shops in the Chicago suburbs. Karens real estate career began to blossom since moving to Streeterville, and she is now combing her passions for architecture, interior design and customer service as a full-time broker with Related Realty.
Karen relishes being able to live and work in the fast-paced urban environment she loves. She has a knack for helping sellers work through emotional ties to their homes, determining an optimal sale price that will allow them to move on to the next chapter of their lives.
While Karen represents buyers and sellers in all stages of life, she especially enjoys working with empty nesters or soon-to-be empty nesters looking to downsize from large suburban houses. Drawing on her own experience moving downtown, she knows how to help clients transition from suburban to city life while showing off all Chicagos neighborhoods have to offer.
Karen spends her free time enjoying Streeterville and taking in the citys great architecture and design, as well as its natural beauty. She often runs or bikes on the path along Lake Michigan, soaking in the community, the culture, and the city views that inspire her.
