Ami has been in the Real Estate industry since 2004 after relocating from San Diego, California. She began her career right after settling in Chicago 10 years ago, which she is now proud to call home. Ami lives in the heart of the city in the West Loop neighborhood. She is a specialist in this neighborhood in addition to Streeterville, River North, Gold Coast, Loop, South Loop, and the Fulton River District.
Immediately after getting involved in Real Estate, Ami started to work on new construction, high-rise developments which has proved to be fruitful as she is now part of the sales team for Related Midwest, LLC selling luxury condominiums in Chicagos South Loop neighborhood.
Today, Ami focuses on taking her knowledge from past positions and providing an unparalleled level of service to her buyer and seller clients. She dedicates personal service and extraordinary knowledge of the market to each client. Real estate is an emotional transaction. The key to a successful partnership with any buyer or seller is understanding their motivation. Ami is known for creating hands on multi-step marketing plans for her seller clients in addition to success measurement tools. With a thorough understanding of what is important when purchasing in a new location, Ami helps her buyer clients find the ideal spot to call home. Ami is also passionate about efficiently and effectively utilizing cutting edge marketing strategies to market and sell homes.
Most recently, in addition to selling residential re-sales, Ami has established herself in the new development arena. In 2012, Ami completed the sale of the last unit at Silver Tower, a 231 unit new construction high rise in River North. In less than 22 months, she sold 154 units, totaling $50M+ in sales, making Silver Tower Chicagos top selling new construction project in that year.
In the past, Ami has specialized in providing comprehensive solutions for residential projects from inception to final sell-through. Working directly with developers and builders to assemble and guide the teams to develop, market and sell specialized residential real estate products. Ami has been responsible for the sales and marketing of over 3000 units and works just as hard for her individual clients today.
