"There are a lot of things I could tell you about Mr. Bailey. His service was professional in its content with a highly personable presentation. He asked the right questions to find what we were looking for, etc. etc.. What I would really like to do to show you why you should work with him though is contrast him with another agent. When Nick found a great place for us, we went through the entire process of signing a lease and putting down a deposit. Our check was delivered the day before we got a call telling us that the leasing agent had decided to rent the place to another, higher bidder. We were never informed by this agent that there were other bidders. We were told the place was ours, and when we lost it, we were very, very disappointed.
