Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan is Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Related Realty, the residential brokerage division of Related Midwest, is an affiliate and key component of The Related Companies, the most prominent privately owned real estate firm in the U.S. In his leadership role he oversees the day-to-day operations, brand awareness, and recruitment of best in class Brokers to be able to deliver the highly personalized service of a boutique brokerage while benefiting from Relateds global, multibillion-dollar real estate platform.

Mr. Ryan joined Related Realty as a Broker in 2014 after 10 years at @properties. He has consistently been recognized by clients and colleagues as one of the best in Chicago. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked in pharmaceutical and digital sales/marketing with Dura Pharmaceuticals, iHispano.com and HotJobs, a Yahoo! company. Mr. Ryan is very active in multiple forward thinking, best in practice organizations, which include serving on the Advisory Board for The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, 2016 & 2017 President of the Chicago Chapter of FIABCI, and as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designee, which only 3% of Realtors worldwide have received.

After earning his Bachelors in Economics from Indiana University at Bloomington he has called Chicago his home for more than two decades. Mr. Ryan lives in Bucktown with his wife and 2 daughters. He volunteers at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Childrens Hospital and is an active partner of Give Back Homes and Cycle for Survival. He is an avid cyclist, traveler and voracious reader.
