Tricia Van Horn

Tricia Van Horn is vice president of marketing and communications at Related Realty, a full-service residential brokerage and affiliate of Related Midwest, the Chicago office of Related Companies. In overseeing the marketing efforts for both Related Realty and Related Midwest, where she also serves as vice president of marketing and communications, Ms. Van Horn has developed and executed innovative marketing programs for some of the citys most high-profile residential properties. Her leadership was instrumental in the success of South Loop Luxury by Related, a collection of 504 reimagined condominiums across three previously stalled towers in Chicagos South Loop. At the time of relaunch in early 2013, the units represented more than half of downtown Chicagos new-construction condo inventory, with sellout achieved just two years later. Ms. Van Horn is also spearheading marketing for one of Chicagos most anticipated developments: a 67-story hybrid condo/apartment tower and public park at 451 E. Grand Ave. in Streeterville. Ms. Van Horn brings 15 years of industry experience to Related Realty, including senior positions with Magellan Development Group. A licensed real estate broker and member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, she holds a bachelors degree in speech communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
